Spencer and Astrid visited for a whole day last week. They arrived in the morning and we headed off to the National Zoo. It was hot and we only lasted a few hours but it was sure fun. Then "the rich uncle", which is what we like to call Spencer, treated us to outrageously priced ice cream in our cute downtown Leesburg. Aunt Astrid then made us a delicious dinner (as usual). It was a wonderful day.
Michael's favorite part was when he sat on "Uncle Benter's" lap and counted all the boys on his little fingers then he counted all the girls in the same fashion. He did this over and over for about fifteen minutes straight.
Saylor's favorite part was when Spencer spilled water all down the front of him and then told the kids he'd had an accident. She kept giggling, "Uncle Spencer peed his pants."
My favorite part was sitting in the backyard after dinner in the beauty of a summer evening with my big brother and his wife. Ah family, it doesn't get much better.
(Sorry for no pictures, the camera is in the shop.)

That sounds like fun. I love living near family. AND....there's such a thing as a camera shop? I just dropped ours and we ran out and bought a new one. I guess you live and learn!
No actual shop-We just sent it to the Sony repair center in Laredo, TX yeeha.
What a great day! I've heard wonderful things about the zoo. Good luck with the camera
